The Procrastinate Club
I have been an off and on member of The Procrastinate Club for about two years now. Today I am sharing exclusive information about three Life Time Members of the Procrastinate Club. Their names are Boozy, Siestona and Lamano. They are the enemies to any progress I make in my creative journey.
These guys show up when I least expect it. Always trying to get me to extend my membership. I’m going to share with y’all their motivation and the moments when they show up so y’all can keep a look out for them.
Boozy
Shows up when you decide to have 5 more shots of tequila.
Motivated by ego and being the toxic friend.
Siestona
Shows up every time you hit the snooze button or choose to sleep in.
Motivated by day dreaming and a cozy blanket.
Lamano
Shows up to hype you up.
Motivated by creating situations that are distracting and time consuming.
For now, my membership plan in the Procrastinate Club will be on a day to day basis. Perks included in this plan include but are not limited to
Days when I will stay out late with my friends,
Hit the snooze button a second time
Order another round of tequila shots.
To avoid becoming a life time member of the Procrastinate Club I stay mindful of the days I am successful in creating art and the days I procrastinate. As long as I can keep a daily routine for creating art and not a pattern of procrastination, then I know I am making progress.
As part of my membership duties in the Procrastinate Club, I have to sell their merchandise. If interested in funding their need for procrastination, then consider shopping for stickers at my store.
I appreciate any support you give in supporting their need to procrastinate but I completely understand if you want to wait until later.
