Day 4: Work it Out
Hola! Happy Weekend!
Today I’m talking about building that strength, both physically and mentally.
The only way to improve skills and strengthen any ability you are trying to make better than you need to consistently work at it. Looking at strength from a physical point of view, the only way to make muscles stronger is by consistently challenging them by lifting weights or raising your heart rate in different work outs. You also need to consider what nutrition you are putting in your body to promote the strength of your muscles.
Similarly with strengthening your muscle, mental abilities (read as skills/creativity) can also be built the same. A way to start seeing an improvement in your creative abilities is to work on it consistently and challenge yourself to trying different creative projects. Also consider what you are consuming for entertainment and in knowledge. You limit your ability to grow if you are constantly consuming mindless movies, TV shows or literature that have no value. It is difficult to create something of value if you are not reading/watching things of value.
This idea of WORKING IT OUT inspired this illustration of every letter having different shapes in them to represent the different ways that strength can be built. The word STRONG goes over the background color in each illustration to represent the idea that if you can build enough strength then you can overcome any limits. It takes many levels of strength to be able to overcome any limits but it is absolutely doable.
Peace out,
